Your details, and what we do with them.

Loudbrands is a branding studio in Cairo, Egypt. This page covers loudbr.com and the emails we send from it. For any question or request about your details, write to contact@loudbr.com.

Only what you give us, and a little about how you found us.

• From the contact form, the brand questionnaire and the booking page: your name, email, phone, brand or company, what you tell us about the project, any files you attach, and the time you book.
• About the visit: the first page you landed on, the site or ad that sent you, including any campaign tags in the link, and the page you sent the form from.

To reply to you, arrange and hold the call, prepare a quote and run the project.

Along the way we may send you a few short emails: that your message arrived, a reminder before a call, a follow-up on a quote, and after a project, a request for a testimonial. Each comes from the studio. Reply and ask us to stop, and we will.

We use Google Analytics to count visits, and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Instagram and Facebook. Both set cookies in your browser.

When you send a form or book a call, our server also tells Meta, so the ad that brought you is counted even when a browser blocks the Pixel. Your email, phone and name are scrambled (hashed) before they leave, and Meta uses them to match the visit to an ad. If you become a client, each payment is reported to Meta the same way, with its amount.

We use none of this for anything else, and we never sell your details.

A few services run the site and carry your details on our behalf. Their servers may be outside Egypt.

• Vercel hosts the site and stores the files you attach.
• Neon keeps our records, in Frankfurt.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Google Calendar and Google Meet hold booked calls.
• Google Analytics and Meta measure visits and ads.

An enquiry stays with us while we are talking. A client's details stay for as long as the work and our accounts need them. Ask, and we will delete yours, unless the law requires us to keep something, such as a record of a payment.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop our emails, by writing to contact@loudbr.com.

To limit ad measurement, block cookies in your browser, or change your ad settings with Meta and Google.
